RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY AND PROCESS:
Step 1- Acquire Authorization and instructions

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all our items less your original shipping, handling, and processing fees.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted past 30 days.  **Returned FREE SHIPPING items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please, include the invoice number, your contact information and what you would like to return/exchange or get a refund on.  Items sent without prior authorization will be refused.

Refused Shipments: Once an order has shipped it is considered to be a completed transaction and is subject to our standard return policy. Refusing a package does NOT entitle you to a refund. Refused packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee** plus the cost of shipping and handling.

Step 2-Shipping the Product Back

Package the item well.  Re-pack items in original box with original packing materials.  Items that were included as Free With Purchase, such as a Buy One Get One offer or Free Tape with Underlayment must be returned with your order or the cost will be deducted from your refund amount.  Be sure to include a copy of your invoice and Return Authorization number. 

Make sure the item is being sent to the address given to you when you received the Return Authorization.  Not doing so can delay or terminate the return process.  Customers are responsible for return postage/shipping fees.   We suggest that customers obtain a receipt, insurance and tracking number for any packages shipped back to us. Customers are responsible for using reputable carriers that are capable of providing proof of delivery. If the return is sent without a tracking number or insurance and the item is lost or damaged,  MrsBargains.com will not be held responsible for any losses or damages.   You will have 10 business days in which to return the product from the date that we issue a Return Authorization.  After 10 business days the Return Authorization will expire and no replacements or refunds will be given. 

In the event that a return becomes damaged on its way back to the return destination, MrsBargains.com will inform you via email that the item was received damaged and we will hold the item up to 30 days.  It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier and instruct MrsBargains.com concerning what to do with the damaged item. If after 30 days we have not received notification or response from the customer, the item will be donated or destroyed and no refund/replacement will be issued.

Step 3-Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and verified to have all original contents and packaging and confirmed to be free of damage, modification or been worn, the refund credit process will begin.

Customers will be refunded via the same method in which the item was purchased.  **Returned FREE SHIPPING items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Once we receive your item and a refund has been issued you will be notified.  It may take up to 10 business days for credits to be reflected on your credit card statement.

If a replacement will be sent, you will be notified and given tracking information.

**The restocking fee covers the costs that we have incurred during the fulfillment of your order, including but not limited to: merchant processing fees, wages, shipping materials, transportation fees, inventory shortage, and materials.
