As I said in the beginning of our conversations, it was just nice just to see that I could get a response from a real person in a timely manner over the internet. I have never had a transaction and communication go as well with an internet company as I have had with "MrsBargains". Not only are you timely in response to customer inqueries, but I could not believe how fast the shipping occurred....literally within hours of my order, the items were in the mail.....unbelieveable. Great Underlayment

We installed laminate hardwoods in a home we renovated a few years ago with cheap paper thin 3 in 1 underlayment, and HATED the loud hollow sound. This time we purchased a quality 10mm Shaw laminate for our personal home. We did our research on all types of underlayments, STC and IIC ratings, then came across Silent Blue. The price of SB was lower than competitors with similar or lower sound ratings. So we decided to try it...and could not be happier with the results! We get a number of compliments on our beautiful floors and when people walk on it they CANNOT tell it's laminate. SB creates a sound almost identical to hardwood floors. It's easy to install and comes with free tape for water tight seams. Mrs. Bargains has the best price on SB. We received our shipment of 1200sf within a couple of days of ordering and customer service was an A+. If you are debating on another product, give Silent Blue a try first. You & your wallet will love it!

I searched the internet for underlayment for my new engineered floor, and came across this product. It's spec seemed much higher than a lot of other products for a similar or higher price. After further investigation I found MrsBargains.com and their prices were even more competitive, so I made my purchase with them.
Their level of service was outstanding, with extremely fast shipping. I had my floor put in in no time, and was very happy with their product.
